We can't overestimate the literalness of our intimate connection. Each of our breaths is merging with each other's, and the clouds and the streams and the soil. We are a recycling center for each other
The body intimately knows what is going on in the world. 20 zeroes at the end of how many molecules we exchange With Every Breath. So much information is going through our bodies. If this isn't an inspiration to get out into nature (to curate the quality of breath you're ingesting, just like we curate the media we consume)
The pelvic bowl is a processing marvel. The problem is, we try to process in our heads. Upgrade your experience by getting to know the pelvic bowl, the place that knows it belongs to the earth and feel what life feels like from this energy vortex. How we meet a forest from our heads is markedly different than how we meet a forest from our heart - and it gets to a whole nother level with the pelvic bowl as the primary source of receptivity.
Life Itself springs forth in resplendent variety and beauty, following life's principles (like Fibonacci or the Golden Mean)- the more time we spend in it, the more time we soak up the song of creation. The majesty of life is always on display. Partake in it.
The I-Thou relationship between humans and trees is especially easy to access. We provide each other's environment. Connection time with a tree is a natural spa. Feel the life expressing as the tree. Approached with reverence, nature never ceases to offer itself.

Honoring the Wisdom of Native Americans and the world's Indigenous traditions, this is a living bow and commitment to honor and protect.
As part of nature, we are dependent upon it in every way and our sensitivity to and harnessing of that relationship can bring us into co-creative partnership with Nature. Perelandra is at its core a flower essences company, but it's so much more. After watching Caroline Casey's invitation for more dynamic relationship with the unseen, dive into Perelandra. Beyond flower essences, I use the Microbial Balancing System and have a ritual of Soil-less Gardens. It's actually a pretty big part of my life, as I think of it, although I do not explore the intersteallar rabbit hole
Homeopathy is based on three principles: (1) like cures like; (2) the greater the dilution of the remedy, the greater its potency; and (3) illness is specific to the individual. I've used homeopathy for decades starting with allegience to Arnica. But I've found it to be enormously helpful for me and my family. I know it doesn't work for everyone, but if it works for you, it's inexpensive, effective and empowering.
