Being Bodyful

Conceptual thinking is like wine. A little can be so delicious, we can forget ourselves and use it beyond positive impact. A healthy diet includes many forms of nourishment, and to balance  cognitive thinking we benefit enormously from attention to the experience of the body - the evolutionary genius of the form and the sensory experienece of the present moment mixing with the flow of life as it literally moves through us.
